How to submit a request

Send your notice by email and include the full Ringoza page URL for the item you want reviewed, a rights ownership explanation, work details or source links, a valid contact address, and a good-faith statement.

Complete notices help us review the request faster and reduce back-and-forth.

Review process

We review requests within a reasonable time. If the request includes enough information, we may remove the catalog record and audio file, limit access, or ask for additional verification.

Incomplete notices and disputes

Very short messages without a URL, ownership explanation, or contact details can delay the process. If you believe content was removed by mistake, contact us with the relevant URL and your explanation.
